These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the btu99 platform and all services operated under it. By browsing the website, opening an account, or participating in any game, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using this platform.

1 General Provisions

btu99 ("we", "our", "platform") is an online gaming and betting service provider operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legal agreement between the user ("you") and btu99.

1.1 Definitions

"Platform" refers to the btu99.lat website and all its sub-pages.
"Account" refers to a registered user's personal profile.
"Balance" refers to the total funds held in an account, including both real money and bonus funds.
"Services" refers to all games, betting options, and features available on btu99.

1.2 Amendment of Terms

btu99 reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will publish a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account and use the services at btu99. We may request identity verification at any time to confirm your age. If the requested documents are not submitted within the specified time, your account may be temporarily suspended.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Running multiple accounts under the same person is considered a violation and may result in all accounts being closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of the balance. If any information changes, the user must notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at btu99 is ৳200 (for all methods). We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Sonali Bank, Janata Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank). Every transaction is secured with SSL encryption.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Successfully approved withdrawals are generally processed to your chosen method within 5–30 minutes. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.

The withdrawal method should preferably match the deposit method.
Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus balance can be withdrawn (see Section 4).

3.3 Third-Party Payments

Transactions made using another person's name or a third-party payment method are strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the associated account will be brought under investigation.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳28,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳48,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to every bonus. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Game-specific weightings may apply to bets placed with bonus funds while a bonus is active.
If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse, manipulation attempts, or attempts to collect bonuses through multiple accounts are detected, all bonuses will be cancelled and the associated account may be permanently closed.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on btu99 are operated impartially. We work with reputable software providers — such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt — to ensure fair play.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Playing games using automated bots or software.
Collusion or conspiring with other users.
Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform.
Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.

5.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error occurs in a game result or payout for any reason, the affected round will be considered void and the relevant stake will be returned to the user's account.

6 Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

btu99 reserves the right to decline any bet or cancel any bet, particularly if it is established that the bet was placed based on incorrect information or under unusual circumstances.

6.2 Match & Event Cancellation

If a match or event is cancelled, all bets placed on that event will be considered void and the relevant funds will be returned to the user's account. Specific rules will apply for partially played matches.

6.3 Live Betting

During live betting, odds change in real time. If the odds change before a bet is confirmed, the bet will either be accepted at the new odds or cancelled — this decision is at btu99's sole discretion.

7 VIP & Loyalty Programme

7.1 VIP Tiers

btu99's VIP programme has three tiers. Each tier is determined based on a user's regular gaming activity:

Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

It is possible to move up to a higher VIP tier through regular and active gaming.

7.2 Cashback Terms

Cashback bonuses are calculated weekly and credited directly to your account. Specific wagering requirements apply to cashback funds. btu99 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP programme at any time.

8 Account Closure & Restrictions

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Such a request must be sent in writing to [email protected]. Remaining real money funds may be withdrawn before the account is closed (subject to conditions being met).

8.2 Mandatory Restrictions

btu99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account for the following reasons:

Violation of any clause of these Terms.
Providing false information or failure to complete identity verification.
Unethical or fraudulent activity.
Violation of age-related policies.
Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.2 Gaming Losses

Online gaming and betting carries the risk of losing money. btu99 will not be liable for a user's gaming decisions or any financial loss resulting from them. We encourage responsible gaming practices.

10.3 Internet Connection Issues

btu99 will not be liable for any game or bet affected by an interruption to the user's internet connection.
